This is not the best - but if you are yardage-limited, it will do.

This is a better "circle" skirt - take more yardage, but looks MUCH better on stage!

- Beginners
Simple Circle Skirt -
4 1/2 yards
- gives you a front and back that are 1/2 circle each. (Make the back part
by piecing together two quarter-circles.)
- Better
Circle Skirt -
6 2/3 yards
- gives you a skirt with 1/2 circle in front, and a full circle in back
-- much better for twirling and swirling on stage! Use one of the half
circles for your front piece, and attach the two "quarter-circles" to
either side of the half-circle that you'll use in the back.

Dearest Darling God(dess) Daughter –
One of the many reasons that you studied trigonometry in high school.
Detailed directions forthcoming -- this should get you started.
